Justfab LUXE Addisyn (Taupe)

Hi lovies!! I know it was FEBRUARY since I last posted!! So bad!! So sorry!!! I've been super busy dealing with fixing up and trying to sell my house, on top of having two young kids and their activities I have been swamped!! So the reviews (Shoes, makeup, clothing, bags etc) have been PILING up!!!

This beauty here is Addisyn from the Luxe line at  Justfab USA/ Justfab CA!

She is this amazing lace up, over the knee, open toed boot with a zip up the back! I think she SCREAMS sexy, but that's just me! She is available in black faux leather or this gorgeous taupe colour in faux suede. Here are some of the stock pics found on Justfab!

Anyways back to reality!! These are soooo affordable!! Maybe you won't be wearing them with jumpsuits or onesies and no pants but they still look cute in real life on real people! Haha! 

So for me the fit is 100% true to size! It's all adjustable as well so if you have bigger or smaller calves then you can adjust it accordingly. I have it done up a little looser than I would like but I wanted the lace up part openings to look all the same size. If you look at the model, the foot part is open and then the calf part is all closed like there is no opening, I don't know why but this bugs me!! I want them to all be the exact same!! Crazy I know!! So back to sizing, unless you have crazy long toes you should be able to get your true size! I think even if you have wider feet you can probably get your true size still because it's all adjustable!

This shoe is a single sole with a pretty tall heel so comfort wise she really isn't the best! I would say that the suede version is probably more comfortable than the leather though, but that would be a guess. It really isn't bad though honestly, I could see myself wearing it all day. I would probably be a bit sore at the end of the day but not crying! Haha! I will say that the top part rubs a bit on the back of my thigh when I walk, I might just need to tighten the top more but I also don't want it digging into my thighs!! Not the hottest look! 😂😂 LOL! 

Here I have it looser but that's when it rubs!! Obviously I will have to play around to see what is the most comfortable for me! 

Overall this is a great, sexy shoe! It's versatile and I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of this faux suede! It is soft and supple and the material feels thick and substantial and not like it is just going to fall apart! The heel is sturdy and I don't feel like I am going to fall over! Justfab LUXE Kuora

Hiii! Here is a review of the Kuora Luxe boot from Justfab USA/ Justfab CA! She is a lace up, knee high, faux leather boot with a platform and a 5 inch heel. She has an almond toe and gold hardware. Here are the stock photos: 

So as you can see, this boot is adorable in the stock pictures that you see on the site. To be 100% honest I am underwhelmed by this boot. I really expected it to be more like the pictures. While it is still a well constructed boot, the faux leather wasn't as nice as I was hoping and the toe box was stiff and unfriendly! I do however love that not only can you completely adjust the laces but there is also a zipper down the side for convenience. (BTW I am wearing the Shine Tight by Lululemon in case you were wondering 😊) 

I read the reviews on the site and they had mentioned to order up. I ordered up a size and the toe box was still narrow. Very uncomfortable. The platform is nice to have as it balances out the heel but because of the shape of the boot and the toe box inside, it just isn't the right fit for me. 

The detailing on this boot is quite nice and in theory is what I have been searching for forever. A high heeled, tall, military inspired boot! 

I should mention that these also had a weird chemical smell to them. Slight rippling in the material at the toe as seen in the above picture. And even though on the site it was in the LUXE section with LUXE pricing, it came in a regular Justfab box and no sign of LUXE branding on the inside. That however isn't a deal breaker for me but I thought I would be completely honest. I really did tried to love these boots in person as they are soooo cute on the site. Unfortunately, these Kuora boots are going back! :( 😔 Thank goodness Justfab has FREE exchanges if you aren't loving your purchase!! I rarely ever exchange for a completely different style (only size) as I am usually in love with everything I purchase from JustFab.

 If you still are in love with these I would advise you to size up in them. If they have a chemical smell to them I would advise you to put them outside or in your garage for a full 24 hours before attempting to wear them. I think they would work great for a wicked witch costume!
