Justfab Loni

Hi guys! This heeled sandal is called Loni! I got her in the Justfab sandal sale!! (Justfab USA/ Justfab CA) Yay! I also got a few more heeled sandals in the sale so stay tuned for more reviews! 

Okay so Loni is only available in this beautiful, mostly blue floral/palm print! That is what drew me to her! The colours are soooo bright! She is fabric and has a double platform and a thick heel. Generally I really hate thicker heels but I just could not pass up this shoe because the colours were just calling me!! Another unique thing about Loni is that even with the minimalistic strap idea on the top, there is still a double ankle strap, which is just very different. 

Style wise, I really like this shoe and despite my hate for thicker heels, they are very on trend right now! However, let's discuss the fit and comfort of this shoe! I ordered my true size in these shoes and the length was very long. As you can see in the photos I have lots of room....LENGTH wise but WIDTH wise...my goodness!! It is SOOOOO narrow! I think I have fairly average width feet but sometimes (especially with minimalist heels) I tend to order up if I need a little room width wise. These would be IMPOSSIBLE to simply order up because the length is already too long in my true size! If you were going to buy these shoes I would say order a half of a size down! If you have average to wider feet, I would suggest trying a different style altogether! 

Now with comfort, I really thought this would be comfortable and sturdy especially with the help of a thicker heel. I was surprisingly wrong! It isn't very comfortable, not only is the toe strap super tight (because it's narrow) but it's also a hard material and it digs in (because it's narrow) AND it doesn't feel sturdy! It really feels strange, I wouldn't say unsafe but it's very different. The padding isn't really there in the sole either, it feels quite hard as well and lacking shock absorbance! As beautiful as these shoes are, they are just not for me! I could add an insert at the back and the sole for comfort and to take away some of the extra room and prevent slipping but there is really nothing I can do (other than stretching) about the toe strap's width. Unfortunately these beauties are going to be headed back to Justfab in exchange for another blue, floral print heeled sandal!

Justfab LUXE Addisyn (Taupe)

Hi lovies!! I know it was FEBRUARY since I last posted!! So bad!! So sorry!!! I've been super busy dealing with fixing up and trying to sell my house, on top of having two young kids and their activities I have been swamped!! So the reviews (Shoes, makeup, clothing, bags etc) have been PILING up!!!

She is this amazing lace up, over the knee, open toed boot with a zip up the back! I think she SCREAMS sexy, but that's just me! She is available in black faux leather or this gorgeous taupe colour in faux suede. Here are some of the stock pics found on Justfab!

Anyways back to reality!! These are soooo affordable!! Maybe you won't be wearing them with jumpsuits or onesies and no pants but they still look cute in real life on real people! Haha! 

So for me the fit is 100% true to size! It's all adjustable as well so if you have bigger or smaller calves then you can adjust it accordingly. I have it done up a little looser than I would like but I wanted the lace up part openings to look all the same size. If you look at the model, the foot part is open and then the calf part is all closed like there is no opening, I don't know why but this bugs me!! I want them to all be the exact same!! Crazy I know!! So back to sizing, unless you have crazy long toes you should be able to get your true size! I think even if you have wider feet you can probably get your true size still because it's all adjustable!

This shoe is a single sole with a pretty tall heel so comfort wise she really isn't the best! I would say that the suede version is probably more comfortable than the leather though, but that would be a guess. It really isn't bad though honestly, I could see myself wearing it all day. I would probably be a bit sore at the end of the day but not crying! Haha! I will say that the top part rubs a bit on the back of my thigh when I walk, I might just need to tighten the top more but I also don't want it digging into my thighs!! Not the hottest look! 😂😂 LOL! 

Here I have it looser but that's when it rubs!! Obviously I will have to play around to see what is the most comfortable for me! 

Overall this is a great, sexy shoe! It's versatile and I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of this faux suede! It is soft and supple and the material feels thick and substantial and not like it is just going to fall apart! The heel is sturdy and I don't feel like I am going to fall over! Justfab LUXE Caitlin (Black)

Hi guys! Happy Monday! This is Caitlin from the Luxe line at Justfab USA/ Justfab CA! She is another flat over the knee boot with some buckles and zip details. The hardware is more of a gunmetal than a silver. To me she is kind of edgy and kind of says "pirate boot" crossed with maybe a bit of "biker" to me! The buckles are squared off and are located behind the knee and on the ankle. The boot is flat per say, but does have a tiny heel. I also kind of like that the boot is a bit slouchy.

She has a more rounded toe as you can see in the picture above but it isn't a true round toe boot. The metal zippers on her are at an angle on the outer calf and non-functional. The zippers on the inside of the calf are fully working and straight. She is also LINED WITH FUR! Faux fur of course, but fur nonetheless! It gives it an extra bit of warmth for these cold winter months and a little bit of added comfort! 

This OTK boot is actually pretty comfortable, definitely something you can wear all day shopping etc. The faux leather is not bad, quite smooth and supple. The over the knee part actually comes over the knee for me and doesn't cut or dig in. I also found the calf part to be quite roomy.

I got Caitlin in my true size and I think she fits perfectly! I would recommend ordering your true size as well! Originally I wanted Caitlin in the brown colour, but she actually sold out before they could fill my order so the order got cancelled! A bit of a bummer, but I don't mind the black. Most size are still available in all colours except for the big sizes. So if you have a smaller to average size foot and love this boot you can still grab her!
