Justfab LUXE Caitlin (Black)

Hi guys! Happy Monday! This is Caitlin from the Luxe line at Justfab USA/ Justfab CA! She is another flat over the knee boot with some buckles and zip details. The hardware is more of a gunmetal than a silver. To me she is kind of edgy and kind of says "pirate boot" crossed with maybe a bit of "biker" to me! The buckles are squared off and are located behind the knee and on the ankle. The boot is flat per say, but does have a tiny heel. I also kind of like that the boot is a bit slouchy.

She has a more rounded toe as you can see in the picture above but it isn't a true round toe boot. The metal zippers on her are at an angle on the outer calf and non-functional. The zippers on the inside of the calf are fully working and straight. She is also LINED WITH FUR! Faux fur of course, but fur nonetheless! It gives it an extra bit of warmth for these cold winter months and a little bit of added comfort! 

This OTK boot is actually pretty comfortable, definitely something you can wear all day shopping etc. The faux leather is not bad, quite smooth and supple. The over the knee part actually comes over the knee for me and doesn't cut or dig in. I also found the calf part to be quite roomy.

I got Caitlin in my true size and I think she fits perfectly! I would recommend ordering your true size as well! Originally I wanted Caitlin in the brown colour, but she actually sold out before they could fill my order so the order got cancelled! A bit of a bummer, but I don't mind the black. Most size are still available in all colours except for the big sizes. So if you have a smaller to average size foot and love this boot you can still grab her! Justfab Netanya (Black)

Hi guys!! I'm so sorry, it's been a couple of crazy weeks since I last posted at the beginning of this month! I can only expect it to get crazier as we get into summer! So this is a review of Netanya in Black from Justfab USA/ Justfab CA. 

This wedge is super duper cute!! She is a soft smooth and supple material, almost a faux nubuck. The wedge is actually super high! There are straps and cut outs galore! The wedge heel is dark and wooden.

There is one straight across strap at the toes, not super narrow and doesn't cut in. Followed by two sets of crossed straps up the foot. There is also little cut outs along the instep! The lines on this shoe are super sexy!!

This shoe is very true to size!! I was surprised because in this style of shoe I generally need to size up due to the straps being too narrow!! I got my true size and was soo happy I did!! This shoe is wide foot friendly! 

With regards to the comfort on this shoe, I am also surprised!! I had low expectations for the comfort department. These blew my expectations out of the water!! The straps are comfy and soft, they don't dig in. There is a bit of cushioning in the sole to absorb shock. Even though this wedge is sky high, the balance is great and stable and it doesn't feel steep at all!! 

I am soo happy with this purchase! I don't think I actually have a simple, all black wedge, which is rather shocking really! Netanya is available in white as well! And if you hurry you can get them and hundreds of styles for BOGO on Justfab USA/ Justfab CA!! Happy sale shopping!! Xx

Justfab LUXE Messalina

Hiii! So I got some more shoes in from Justfab USA/ Justfab CA! These are my second pair of gladiator heels!! They are called Messalina and are from the LUXE line! They are only available in black. Unlike most of the other Luxe items, Messalina is made from synthetic materials and NOT real leather. The material has a very cool and interesting feel to it and feels kind of spongy like a cork and is textured. The metallic accents on this shoe are silver.

I really really LOVE these! They have loops on the side instead of the regular straight across straps, which is different. 

I love how high they come up as they are just at the knee.

They have a solid piece going down the front of the leg and a zipper up the back. 

With regards to the fit I would say size up by a half of a size if your feet are wide. I saw reviews on the site saying to size up and so I did, but the length is definitely too long for me. I will be putting inserts in them.

 

This is not a gladiator for someone with a wider calf, it fits quite snug on me and I've heard stories of ladies that could not get the zipper up or having to get someone else to zip it up for them!! The straps are a bit weird tho, as some are snug and some are soo loose that they aren't even touching my skin!

 

So I have only worn these around the house, but they are fairly comfortable! They are long on me so adding an insert will add to the comfort factor. They are quite high tho and have no platform so I don't think I would attempt to wear these for long periods of time when on my feet. The angle of the foot is quite steep! 

Overall I am super happy with this purchase!! I got it on sale for $49!! I would have paid regular price for her but I'm stoked for them to still have the LUXE sale going on. This shoe is perfect for the spring and summer months and can easily be dressed up or dressed down!
