Jump Into 2014 With A New Fitness Challenge!

Hellooooooo! It's officially 2014!! Happy January! A lot of people use the new year to have new beginnings, I think a new year is a great time to start a new challenge! You have probably read my article on the Squats Challenge. I am going to do a squat challenge again starting TODAY!!! Did I mention the last time I did this squat challenge I lost 2 inches off of EACH of my thighs????!!! Let's do it!! Xx
